Sharon is a big advocate of change, it is the one thing we can always count on and in order to create sustainable change, we must plant the seeds of empowerment and efficacy in our youth. She has been working with and supporting teens for the last 25 years by helping to build resilience against the issues our youth are facing such as bullying, anxiety, performance stress and the age old pressure to be accepted by society. I foster an open and non-judgemental space to discuss non- violent communication tools as a means to manage conflict and to create healthy and sustainable coping mechanisms.

Some of the school she has worked at include:  Southridge Private Elementary School, Queen Elizabeth Secondary School, British Columbia, The Arbutus Club, Hollyhock Country Club, Roberts Creek Elementary School, Chatlech Secondary, Elphinstone Secondary, Cedar Grove Elementary School, Kinnikinik Elementary School, Sunhaven Waldorf School, and the Spider Program Sunshine Coast

Sharon Tron is genuinely gifted at working with teens!  She has taught yoga to teams that I have coached and classes that I have taught. Sharon is always so welcoming, warm and full of energy and kindness. Kids are instantly at ease with her and, because of that, they are willing to try new things. Her enthusiasm keeps them engaged.

It was stress free working with Sharon to set up a secondary school full day presentation. Sharon communicated quickly and asking the correct questions to make her start up met COVID protocol and she was organized and ready to go. Sharon volunteered her time to come into the school and check the speakers and environment, and this was calming to me that she was ready to go at 9 am with 30 students.
