Sharon is very mindful about offering adjustments and offers easy modifications to beginners.  

Sharon CYA-E-RYT 550hrs Gold Yoga teacher with over a 1000 hours of teaching experience. I have been enjoying teaching yoga, bootcamp and offering Thai massage on the coast for the last 20+ years. 

Sharon’s trainings are extensive, and include in Kundalini 3ho, Hatha, Vinyasa, Pre-Natal, Yin, Anusara and Ashtanga Yoga. Her journey teaching yoga began in 2000 and since then she has taught over 10,000 classes.

Sharon is a very warm, knowledgeable and nurturing teacher. I believe that Sharon’s gift is to inspire others, so that they may enjoy a more peaceful, active and meaningful life.I have been practicing Yoga with her 3-4 times a week for 5 years.
