Somatic practices will be interwoven to help calm the nervous system, activate the vagus nerve, and stimulate a deeper relaxation response to life. The workout culminates in a relaxing savasana-style moment, where you’ll receive positive words and encouragement to carry with you throughout your day.
This workout is for all bodies and all levels of fitness – whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to a new level you’re welcome here. Be part of a like-minded community that extends beyond the workout with monthly social gatherings.
