Sharon is a very warm, knowledgeable and nurturing teacher. I believe that Sharon’s gift is to inspire others, so that they may enjoy a more peaceful, active and meaningful life.I have been practicing Yoga with her 3-4 times a week for 5 years. During my pregnancy, she tailored a yoga practice which helped me stay active strong and healthy. Now that I am a  mother, she continues to adjust my Yoga Classes to accommodate my new lifestyle. With her help, I have increased my awareness of the powerful connection between breath, mind, body and spirit. Through my practice with Sharon, I have developed both strength and flexibility and the ability to calm my mind.

My body is much more balanced, which has made me much more resilient to injury.  Private Yoga Instruction:

Privates means being able to ask questions, break down postures and receive personalized alignment instructions. It means becoming introduced to the fundamentals of yoga and learning ways to modify poses based on therapeutic needs from injuries or illnesses.

Receive undivided attention and assistance as you explore more advanced postures, learning to overcome any roadblocks and push yourself deeper into your practice and specific poses than would be possible in a public class.

Private Yoga Instruction Includes:

Basics: The fundamentals of posture, alignment, breath and philosophy

Intermediate to advanced: Explore specific areas of interest and more complex asanas

Core : Connect to your powerhouse. Great for lower back issues and learning to tap into the core

Therapeutic: Use your yoga to heal. Specifically targeted to YOUR injured and therapeutic needs.

Partner: Learn to practice and assist one another for a deeper connection

Prenatal: Specific poses for your changing body and a healthy pregnancy
