Sharon Tron

BIO:

Sharon CYA-E-RYT 550hrs Gold Yoga teacher with over a 1000 hours of teaching experience. Sharon is a CANFIT PRO certified Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga teacher with 20 plus years of experience.

Sharon is an entrepreneur and teaches Tron Fitness Bootcamp, Om Sweet Om Yoga classes and Thai Massage Trainings from her home studio in Roberts Creek and also runs a successful Retreat and Airbnb called Om Sweet Om Guesthouse. She is a certified holistic weight loss coach.

Sharon also runs high-school teen empowerment programs.

Her first big gig was working with Sarah McLachlan (singer, songwriter) for 5 years as her Yoga Teacher Personal Trainer & Thai Massage Therapist and traveled with her on her AfterGlow World Tour in 2004/2005.

Sharon moved to the Sunshine Coast over 20 years ago offering a variety of yoga & fitness classes. She currently teaches Tron Fitness Bootcamp, Om Sweet Om Yoga classes and Thai massage trainings from her home studio in Roberts Creek and runs a successful Retreat and Airbnb Om Sweet Om Guesthouse. Sharon is a part of the the teaching kula at Coast Flow Yoga in Gibsons teaching yoga and workshops.

Personal Training: CANFIT PRO /BCRPA certified Personal Trainer for 20 plus years.

Yoga: Sharon CYA-E-RYT 550hrs Gold Yoga teacher with over a 1000 hours of teaching experience. Her journey teaching yoga began in 2000 and since then she has taught over 10,000 classes.

Thai Massage: A certified Thai Massage practitioner in 2001 and launched a Teacher Training program in 2015.

Weight Loss Coach: Became certified with CanfitPro in 2021

THAI MASSAGE BIO:

Sharon has been a full time Thai Yoga Massage Therapist for 22 years. She traveled to Thailand in 2001 and trained at ITM and The Sunshine School of Thai Massage where is got her Thai Massage and Reflexology Certificate. She continued her studies with the Lotus Palm school of Thai Massage from Montreal. Sharon was Sarah McLachlan’s personal Thai Yoga Massage Therapist for 5 years. Sharon launched a Teacher Training program in January 2015. Her next teacher training will start in January 2023.

Om Sweet Om Yoga with Sharon is amazing! I've been taking yoga classes for 30 years and I'm pretty picky and these classes have surpassed my expectations. Sharon clearly has a deep understanding of how to keep bodies healthy and moving as well she brings a sense of both fun and reverence to her classes. Highly recommend.

Sharon is a highly skilled and empathic guide - within the first few moments of her hot yoga and sound therapy class I felt more centred, grounded, relaxed and present than I could remember. Wonderful. She is a gentle, knowledgeable teacher who lives her life in alignment with her teaching- and I highly recommend.

Om Sweet Om yoga had the most positive experience on my life. Not only is the space beautiful, comfortable, and warm, but Sharon invites everyone into her home as if they are family. Not only is she a very experienced practitioner (of yoga, Thai massage, sound baths, the list goes on!!!), but she leaves you feeling confident and stronger than when you arrived. Can’t recommend enough.
