90 minute Thai Massage 

Join Sharon for an ancient energy-based healing system that combines acupressure, reflexology, and assisted yoga postures. Treatment effects are enhanced when the patient is fully relaxed and breathing deeply. Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions, and the recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the practitioner and client, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked in order to clear energy blockages and relieve tension. The practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to create a dance of movement on the body of the recipient. In this process, joints are opened, muscles and tendons are stretched, internal organs are toned, and energy is balanced. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and physical and mental well being. The result of a full-body Thai treatment is often an exciting and powerful mind/body healing experience, bringing both the recipient and the practitioner to heightened states of physical and spiritual well-being.

Silent Disco Yoga on the Beach

(offered July to September weather permitting)

6 – 30 people  / 120 minutes
Slip on a pair of glowing surround-sound silent disco headphones & flow through an intentionally designed 1-hour all-levels sunset vinyasa yoga class on the beach with a curated soundtrack. This may be one of the best yoga experiences you will ever have. Post yoga, gather around the bonfire and partake in our gourmet charcuterie spread. Be warned that a spontaneous dance party under the stars has been known to occur. Beginner friendly, no previous yoga experience necessary. All are welcome.

Sound Bath Journey

2 – 10 people / 120 minutes

Sound healing is a form of meditation based in science, but sprinkled with magic… Sometimes the best explanation is in the experience. Get cosy on your mat with a blanket and lavender eye pillow. There’ll be nothing for you to do but to completely let go and relax. As the sound healing begins you’ll begin to lose sense of the world around you as you’re guided along a journey of sound, where healing vibrations and sensations will weave their magic over and through you. 

I use a selection of beautiful, global, musical instruments, including alchemy crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, shakers, rattles, hand drums, bells, koshi chimes, harmonium, tuning forks and essential oils, in each unique journey. 

I’ll also use mantra and vocal toning to invoke feelings of being nourished, loved and held in a sacred space, helping you to melt into a bubble of bliss.

Aerial Yoga Experience

4 – 8 people / 75 minutes
In this highly restorative private, aerial yoga class, you will be guided into a state of mindfulness while supported in an aerial silk hammock, freeing you from the normal spinal compression of everyday living. Going at your own pace, learn techniques in the hammock to counteract spinal compression using therapeutic, zero-compression movements to increase the fluidity and mobility of the spine. This peaceful and relaxing class focuses the mind through guided meditations while floating your body through a series of gentle, gyro-kinetic motions, safely stretching the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. This private lesson allows me to tailor the movements to your specific ability level and features inversions and various forms of flowing spinal traction. It offers accessibility to students with physical limitations and allows more seasoned practitioners a portal into deeper spinal flexibility and enhanced mind/body connection. Taught in a sequential flow to music, this class incorporates uplifting meditations, zero-compression inversions, joint opening poses, and ends with a floating deep relaxation meditation. All experience and fitness levels welcome. Beginners and the flexibility challenged are especially encouraged to attend! Please be sure to wear long-sleeved clothing, leave jewelry at home, and refrain from eating a heavy meal before class.

Private Guided Hike & Heal 

4 –10 people / 4 hours 

Sample Schedule:
9:00 – 9:45 am: We will meet at a specified location and caravan to the first hiking trail.
9:45 – 10:00 am: The excursion will begin with a smudging (energetic cleansing with Palo Santo).
10:00 – 12:30 pm: We will hike to two breathtaking locations, pausing along the way to meditate, capture beautiful photographs, snack on vegan treats & connect with the Squamish (/ˈskwɔːmɪʃ/; Sḵwx̱wú7mesh sníchim, sníchim land. Here I will guide you through a 15 minute inner child meditation.
12:30 pm -1:00 pm: We will sip on fresh hot chai homemade tea to nourish our bodies and Organic vegan bliss balls.

Glow Yoga Paddle Boarding

(July – September weather permitting)
4 – 10 people / 75 minutes
Enjoy a yoga experience on the water with glowing lights beneath you! We’ll start our practice on the beach, going over some safety precautions and a few tips about how to stay centered and balanced on your board. Then we will walk the boards into waist-deep water and drop anchor so we don’t drift away. Our yoga practice is slow and gentle, as we move mindfully and with intention. The class will have a few challenging poses, but most people do not fall in. As the practice comes to a close, we take in the darkness and the stillness as we float into savasana with the stars and the moon overhead, the gentle rock of the waves below, as we invite peace within.
Other things to note:
  • Wear bathing suit and/or yoga clothes that can get wet
  • Bring a towel and change of clothes for after class
  • 75 minute class
