All weight loss coaching programs work:

    • Once we decide we’re a good fit to work together, I will email you an intake form to complete. This form asks a variety of health and lifestyle questions, so that I can understand your goals, your priorities, and exactly where you’re currently at with your health and fitness.
    • We will work together to track your nutrition.
    • Private 30-minute coaching calls each week, where we will discuss your weekly habits, and more importantly, your roadblocks, so that we are constantly in sync with each other, and progressing towards your weight loss goals together as a team. By discussing your roadblocks, we can work together to find ways to push through your setbacks.
    • We’ll focus on your mindset… Which means we’ll learn about your current relationship with food and exercise. With different “homework” activities, we will get to the bottom of WHY you eat the way you do, so that you can make the lifestyle changes to lose weight and keep it off. If you struggle with emotional or stress eating, we will work together to completely overhaul that habit.
    • Accountability is HUGE for all of us! you will feel supported and motivated the entire time. I will help hold you accountable when life throws you a curveball, and will celebrate every win along your journey.
    • Of course, you will have 24/7 direct access to me in between our coaching sessions for quick questions through the week.

    • 8 Week TF Weight Loss & Whole food program.
    • Your personalized program includes:
    • 1 x 60 min first time consultation
    • 8 x weekly 30 minute coaching call via FaceTime
    • Phone support anytime to stay on track and not fall off the wagon.
    • Access to a private Facebook group with recipe ideas, inspiration and motivation.
